I have known John Jace for over almost 40 years. He was a great songwriter and a good friend. He may not have made all the best decisions for himself, but he had a good heart. He will be missed. Good-bye my old friend.

On Saturday December 13, 2003 - native Long Island resident: John Jace died of a heart attack in his Florida apartment. He was 44 years old. John was survived by his father and his daughter. John was a veteran songwriter for the LI/NY based band: Ivory Tower Project. He will be missed from friends and family and those of us in the music community. Rest In Peace Johnny.
