Hi there...Do you have any video link?We need a vocalist who can play any instrument I prefer bass or guitar. Country, 50 & 60 an standard, jazz rock songs etc. Must know at least + 60 song to start. 4 set of 45 min. we can use some sequences as well. Good rates of pay... Full time employment on board major Cruise liners Must be able to leave home for a least 3 or 6 months at a time Must be flexible and able to play all styles Team players NO STARS........ We already have a large song list which is growing all the time, an ability to learn quickly. You need to have all the correct papers in place to be able to leave the country at very short notice. Drugs test every month. Remember the life on a ship is fun but its also tough!! We start practicing and filming next week.

If you are still looking for a band, we are looking for a bassist and think you would be a great fit.
I would love to add some Sound Garden and Tool to our set.

Current set list includes:

Led Zep, RHCP, STP, AC/DC, Janis Joplin, Who, Lenny Kravitz, Rush, Aerosmith, Rush, Hendrix,  some standards, with some blues mixed in. Female fronted, male guitarist sings sometimes too. Harmonies and vocals are a plus. Members ages 37-40, all seasoned professional musicians with pro image, equipment and skills. We will book as soon as soon as prospective bassist is ready. We have our own rehearsal studio in West Islip.  We plan to gig 2-6 times per month and possibly record original music to sell at shows.

We are looking for someone who is on the same page as we are: They will: A show up to rehearse 1X per week prepared and know the material. B. Musically/visually/technically fit with us. C. Expects to make 75-100 a gig to start. D. Willing to help promote shows

Hey man,

I've got a posting myself...looking for bass, drums and guitars, with vocal potential (I sing and play keys and write my own material, but am open to new ideas from the right people)  I am currently recording my debut album "Stand Like Stone" with Digital Cut Records and want to form the band that will gig out (I'm doing all the recording myself)  I'm 40 years young as well and have almost twenty years of performing and recording experience.  My influences are extremely diverse and above all, I want this to be a fun and rewarding experience.  I'm hoping to have a show ready by next fall or winter to precede a spring '09 album release.  Let me know if you're interested...you can e-mail me directly at sharp7th@aol.com.

Looking for New Alt Rock, Classic funk R+B with horns or maybe some British Invasion/Garage Rock.

*Bass player with strong chops and timing.
*Strong vocals from Al Green and Curtis Mayfield straight through to Chris Cornell and Dave Grohl.
*40 years young
*Committed pro with gear and space to play.
*Some ability with harmonica and flute.

I am tired of musicians who claim to want a serious band but have no time for one. I am tired of people with massive egos who want what they want and won't listen to other ideas. I am looking for a band that has a chance of staying together long term. I don't need a shot at the brass ring and I'm not looking for management and a contract. I just want a steady practice with a bunch of open minded musicians with decent chops. I want to gig 2-3 times a month and practice every week.

If you play a full set of Sabbath and Deep Purple then please don't respond. I love classic Rock but I want it to be the side dish, not the main course.

If you are a musician looking to hook up and start something great or a band that hears me then please reach out. I am just as happy with a spot in lead vocals or bass. Ideally I would do some or all of both.
