Keyboard or lead guitar for working alternative cover band

We're a 3 piece band - age bracket - 40's - guitar, bass and drums with excellent vocals considering a keyboard or lead guitar.  Additional backup vocals a plus.  Currently doing Chilis, Green Day, Foos, STP etc.  Mostly 90s and newer. Fully equipped studio for practice.  Suffolk/Nassau only.
