Hey, what's up? I'm a singer/songwriter/pianist and I'm looking to form an original band, where we can also play some of our favorite covers. I have signed with an indie label, Digital Cut Records of Huntington, NY, and want to be able to gig once the pop album is released in the spring/summer of 2009. I need drums, bass and guitar and want people who have good chops and who also want to have fun. No egos, please, only people who want to rock out, play some tasty tunes and have a great time seeing where this will go. I am 40 y.o., easy going and hard working and though music isn't my day job, it is my passion. I have been in many bands over the past fifteen years and have myriad experiences in various venues. Influences are Billy Joel, Steely Dan, Jackson Brown, etc... Future collaboration and recording are also anticipated. This will be a paying gig when live performances begin.
