The place is a hole and the new owner is an *******,

I would not come out to this bar if you paid me to! The only saving grace for Jake's is that they have some great staff members, but I don't foresee them staying around... Just another hole in the wall expecting to make money while attempting not to spend any.

Hey everyone,

I host an open mic at Jake's Tavern (346 Newbridge Rd, East Meadow, NY) every sunday night (except super bowl sunday) from 10PM-2AM. Sign ups are at 9:45.

I get musicians in here looking to work with other bands or network themselves, so come down, play some jams and maybe you can find some help for your band :o)

There is no fee to play, but i do serve happy hour prices for those who perform in our open mic.
