33 year old male-dig what you selling. Unfortunately, no wife, no kids.... I mean fortunately...I sing, dabble with the keyboards, harmonica. Ready to take it to the next level...or whatever..Just want to sing,chill,have fun..let me know....

Holy sh*t. 123 views and no one emails!

God, I know LI sucks for musicians but this is ridiculous. But, if you can't beat em, join em.
Time to restratagize.
Ok, new deal.
Who wants to play classic rock and blues covers. Rehearse 2 hours a week and play out once or twice a month for not much more than free drinks and low self esteem?

Good luck to you doing something different. LI's music scene blows, old guys playing classic top 40 crap and look at me solo for a half hour blues. Don't forget the "I can only rehearse 2 hours a week 'cause the wife won't let me" crowd.
I'd like to join ya but I'm too busy making 50 bucks a night playin' "knock on wood" and "I'm a man" for a bunch of drunks.

hey timmy,


i'm 57yr,live in syosset,and retired. i play ok guitar(acoustic and electric),passable keyboard,and sing a little.i have limited experience playing with others,but have reached a point where i need to in order to break into the next level.i have not created my own songs,but i doodle all the time. i like classic rock,country rock,blues,almost anything.i have no agenda,am open minded.i just want to have some fun playing music.

Hello, hello, hello.....whats all this then?
Guitar player and a Drummer looking for other musicians in the over 40 crowd. (or younger if you don't mind)
We are looking to write and perform some kind of original music..... and at this point who cares what anybody thinks. Serious players who want to have fun and the possibility to bang a lot of geriatric groupies with hip replacements.
Bass? Singers? Synthesistsanesthesiologists? Are you out there?
Screw the naggin wife, the rotten kids, the lousy job...LETS PLAY!!
