Ability to rehearse once a week (twice would be better) in Suffolk County (exit 68)..
The best candidate would have great chops, solid recording and performance experience, their own transportation, and a desire to write, record, and perform live, mostly in that order(1 to 2 gigs a month unless we feel a reason to add more live performances), be dependable, and have excellent time management skills. Preferably between the ages of 25-35, but skill speaks louder than age..
