I am 35 yrs old w/ family, been playing bass for 20 yrs. Took off 9 yrs from playing out and I am eager to get back into it again. I have live/studio experience, nice equipment, 4 & 5 string basses, a quick learner, have a great ear, and have played in a variety of original and cover bands.

Some of the styles concerning originals: Helped arrange and write for a Punk/Reggae band, an 11 piece funk band, and wrote/played in various Heavy Metal, Blues, R&B, female folk/rock bands, experimental jazz/rock, psychedelic rock,& Alternative. Cover bands range from classic rock bands, pop, folk, alternative, reggae.

I would be very open to playing in a Steely Dan/groove oriented type band, or a female fronted rock band (ala Sheryl Crow, etc) as well. I am available evenings, and would prefer to not have to pay to rehearse.
