Dedicated bass (40+), guitar (20+) and drums (30+) team looking for our front person (M or F) singer. You are stepping into the most important position in our band. You must be confident and enjoy the limelight. We will be practicing 1x a week and planning on playing out 2-3x a month. I want to do periodic open mics for band exposure. The plan is to play classic and contemporary covers with lots of music for people to dance to. I want to create a fun and party like atmosphere for our gigs. I would like to develop original music to grow musically. Being a hybrid cover / original band will maximize our working ($) potential. I love bands like the Rolling Stones, U2, Who, Velvet Revolver.
If you can picture yourself singing the lyrics to Velvet Revolver's "Sucker Train Blues" and "Falling to Pieces" or U2's "Mysterious Ways" and "Sunday Bloody Sunday" you are the right singer for this band. We ar going to rock out Long Island, you can count on it...Looking forward to hearing from you.
