Drummer 1) Can play some double bass and breakdown beats 2) Can play some odd time signatures
Bassist 1) Can keep the groove with the drummer 2) Can create bass lines that arent exactly same as guitars
Vocalist 1) Can both scream and sing and intertwine them both 2) Has a good stage presence and can get the crowd into it
Must have own transportation, must not be a junkie, and must not think you can come in and not put in any work.
