Interested in hearing more.  I also have original tunes, and similar influences.  Play bass, lead or rhythm guitar, piano, and sing lead and backing vocals.  
i'm in Nassau but willing to commute to suffolk.

up can coming original diverse retro rock band is seeking a serious and committed bass player to bring it all together. lotsa song and room to create and share. Diversity a plus. Not just jam band! Looking to play out and share with the world.
Great group of people. Ego free zone!

Influences: Allmans, Dead, Floyd, Who, Purple, etc. but developing own sound. Cutting demo mid December.
