Looking for musicians living in the Mastic Beach/Shirley, Riverhead (Eastern Long Island) area
Who would like to get together and play some Old School R&B, Jazz, contemporary, Spiritual/gospel, etc. I am starting a band that will be playing this type of music. Don't have to be a heavy hitter, just have the desire to play and have some fun, and be willing to grow with the group. If you are over 40 than that's a plus, but will not turn you away if you aren't. If you have a day job that's a good thing. This is a start up band. So it will be a learning experience.
